‘Cash-Back Project’- First Time in Real Estate Industry of Bangladesh

One of the Biggest Pain & Fear for Apartment Buyers are that Real-Estate Developers deliberately prolong projects & do not handover on time. As most buyers are staying at rental apartments it is a serious financial pressure on them to be renting out & then again paying the Instalments against the apartment for an indefinite extended period of time.
For the First time in Real-Estate Industry of Bangladesh REGENT creates a ‘Cash-Back Project’ Category for some selected ongoing projects. Eventually REGENT will include all “Ongoing Projects” under the ‘Cash-Back Project’ Category.
